Fruity Carb, High Protein Meal Replacement Recipe - Post or Pre-Workout

Fruity Carb, High Protein Shake (Post or Pre Workout)

1 Cup Orange or Pineapple juice
2 scoops
4 to 6 Frozen strawberries
1/2 Cup Low fat yogurt
Ice - Optional

1. Pour juice into a blender. Cover blender.
2. Begin mixing on lowest speed.
3. While blender is on, fruit, yogurt and Slim Smart. Blend for 10        seconds.
4. Add ice and blend till well blended.
This recipe can also be done in a Bullet Blender or any other single serving blender cup. Just add liquid first, then fruit and yogurt, ice if desires, then the SLIM SMART. Blend till well blended. Drink immediately.
