Chocolate Peppermint Meal Replacement Recipe - "Smooth and Cool!"


Chocolate Peppermint Shake

8 oz. of water or low fat milk
2 scoops
Chocolate SLIM SMART
Few drops of Peppermint extract (to taste - more if needed)
1/2 Cup of Ice

1. Pour water or milk into a blender.
2. While blender is on low, add peppermint and Slim Smart. Blend till blended.
3. Add ice and blend till well blended.
Continue blending until smooth. Drink Immediately

This recipe can also be done in a Bullet Blender or any other single serving blender cup. Just add liquid first, then fruit and yogurt, ice if desires, then the SLIM SMART. Blend till well blended. Drink immediately.
