Banana Cheerio Breakfast Meal Replacement Recipe - "Fast & Filling!"

Banana Cheerio Breakfast Shake - Super Fast Morning Meal!

8 to 10 oz. of water (or low fat milk)
2 scoops
Chocolate Slim Smart
1 Banana
1/2 to 3/4 Cup of Cheerios cereal
1/2 C of ice - optional

1. Pour milk or water into a blender. Cover blender.
2. Begin mixing on lowest speed.
3. While blender is on, add shake mix and banana. Blend for 10 seconds.
4. Add ice and blend till well blended.
This recipe can also be done in a Bullet Blender or any other single serving blender cup. Just add liquid first, then ice, banana then the SLIM SMART. Blend till well blended. Drink immediately.

8 to 10 oz. of low fat milk or water
2 scoops
Vanilla SLIM SMART
1 Small apple (cored and cut into pieces)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (to taste)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Nutmeg (to taste)
1/4 C of ice - optional

1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter (Natural works best, but any kind works)

4.  While blender is on, add peanut butter then shake mix. Blend for 10 seconds.

Pistachio Soft-Serve "A Twist On Flavor!"
6-7 oz. Water
¼ to ½ Cup ice
2 teaspoons sugar-free, fat-free pistachio instant pudding mix

Place ice cubes in food processor. Process until ice is crushed.
Turn off processor and scrape down ice off sides. Add water, shake mix and pudding. Mix several minutes till well blended. The longer you blend it the lighter it will become.
This recipe can also be done in a Bullet Blender or any other single serving blender cup. Just add water and ice, blend until ice is crushed, then add the pudding and the SLIM SMART. Blend till well blended. Drink immediately.

Ovarian Cysts - "The battle can be won without surgery!"

"I won the battle against ovarian cysts without surgery!"
“I was 24 and ready to have my second child. Seems pretty normal and simple right? Well as many of you know sometime what we want isn’t always so simple. As women when we are in the “child bearing mode” we seem to be a little more in tune with our bodies, and mine was saying, “whatever!”  I first started noticing that I was having pain every other month during my cycle, which was unusual for me. Talk about a “catch 22!”  I wanted to get pregnant, but having surgery to remove something that would most likely come back was a less than exciting choice to me. I decided to go a little longer and dive into the “mother’s gossip and information pool” and see what other women have done about this issue.
After several years of pain, a miscarriage and not able to get pregnant again, the cysts seemed to winning the battle.
